When you have a constantly showing tooltip, like on the site, if you have a hover tooltip above a static tooltip then the static tooltip blurs.

Example gif

Using Chrome Version 47.0.2526.106 m

Couldn't reproduce here.

Example

Using Chrome Version 48.0.2564.103 (64-bit)

Update:

I was able to reproduce it, but it doesn't seem to happen reliably, and is definitely difficult to see on my laptop monitor, when plugged into an external display it was much more noticeable.

It happens not only with static tooltips.

Gave it a quick check, and found that when the hovered tooltip shows, the static tooltips also got re-painted at the same time. It should not have been touched in any way.

Thats probably the reason why the static tooltip gets blurred.
